After Mondkopf and 33Hz, here is the third Fool House EP : Delorean's Ayrton Senna, somewhere between Phoenix, The Though Alliance and Air France, coming with a remix by John Talabot, the latest revelation on the excellent Permanent Vacation label.

We discovered Delorean a few years ago with their EP Into the Plateau, whilst they were still a bit entangled in their hardcore roots. We accompanied them in their remix ventures, for Mystery Jets, The Big Pink, Glasser, until they became ripe and ready to develop a new type of indie pop, high on O2 and filled with love. Judging by the early support from Pitchfork, Fader or XL8R this band is one to watch. It’s with the greatest pride that Fool House welcomes them, for a length of 4 songs, just like a holiday, just in time for the holidays.

On ne leur évitera peut-être pas la comparaison avec The Though Alliance ou Air France, mais Delorean est un scénario inédit dans les chansons populaires. Quatre Barcelonais libres comme l'air et shootés à l'oxygène pur, sortis ivres d'amour d'une scène plutôt orientée hardcore (hxc), pour embrasser la techno qu'on joue avec des guitares, avec un troisième album « Into The Plateau », joli succès dans un underground élargi – c'était avant que les idées electro-trucs et les références 80's ne deviennent cliché, souvenez-vous. En 2008, Delorean remixe, réarrange et trouve un équilibre des reflets et des lumières en sublimant les chansons de Mystery Jets, Big Pink ou Glasser, une nouvelle garde de l'indie-pop qui tour à tour cherche et rayonne, dont ils participent à l'évidence Pitchfork, Fader ou XL8R sont enthousiastes, et c'est avec fierté que Fool House les accueille, le temps de quatre chansons, comme en vacances, juste à temps pour les vacances.
